Mr. Pedro Monteros is an experienced career development consultant who possesses the ability to relate and interact with people from diverse backgrounds, provide dedicated guidance to staff, and adopt appropriate administrative decisions. Overall, he is an analytical problem solver with the skills to manage issues and implement strategic business solutions with integrity and quality of service.

Born in Ecuador, Mr. Monteros arrived in Toronto more than 40 years ago and has made Canada his country of destination. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree and a Master’s Degree in Social and Political Sciences, as well as several credentials in Business Administration and Marketing Management. With more than 20 years of work experience in career development at present, he functions as the Resource and Information Manager for Newcomer Women’s Services Toronto, where he is also in charge of the COJG division. He believes that employment services are more than just the bridge that brings together job seekers with hiring employers, but the base for career development and sustainable employability.

Pedro is a family man who enjoys taking long walks in the forest accompanied by his dog Argo.
