We offer 1-on-1 career coaching with our employment counsellors. We will help you Identify your career challenges and develop an action plan to help you achieve your goals.
Job placements
Integrated Employment Services (IES) team will help you arrange job interviews and follow up with the hiring manager to get feedback on what you did well and what you need to work on.
Access to exclusive hiring AND NETWORKING events/OPPORTUNITIES
We host Meet & Greet, Speed Networking and hiring events to put you face-to-face with our partner employers and connect you to amazing opportunities.
Resume optimization AND
Mock interviews
Get expert support to strengthen your resume and LinkedIn profile, plus hands-on mock interviews with personalized feedback to build confidence and succeed in real job interviews.

Who Can Access Employment Services
Employment Services are open to job seekers in Ontario who fall into one of the following categories:
Permanent Residents
Canadian Citizens
Refugee Claimants
Protected Persons
CUAET holders
Work permit holders with Approval in Principle
You Must Also Meet the Following Criteria
To be eligible, you must:
Be unemployed or underemployed
Be legally entitled to work in Canada
Not be enrolled with another Employment Ontario–funded agency
Not be enrolled in full-time school, training, or an apprenticeship
Reside in Ontario
