Our employment services are 100% free.
We work with all genders!
Anyone can apply for jobs posted on our job board and anyone can attend our workshops and job fairs.
Check our monthly events calendar for upcoming employment webinars and virtual job fairs.
You need to be a registered client of NEW Employment services to have access to the following services.
The employment team is able to make appointments from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Mondays to Fridays. We welcome walk-ins from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at our 355 Church Street, Suite 201, M5B 0B2. To make an appointment, call us on 647-224-1371 or register by clicking here.
Are You Eligible For Our Services?
You’re eligible for the Employment Services Program program if …
You're currently unemployed or underemployed with no source of income
Not in full-time school or enrolled in an apprenticeship program
A permanent resident, Canadian citizen, or have refugee status.
Not enrolled at another Employment Ontario Agency.

We also work with employers to access programs like the Canada Ontario Job Grant, which offers financial support to cover training costs for your employees.

1-on-1 Career Coaching
We offer 1-on-1 career coaching (In-person / Skype / Phone) with our employment counsellors. We will help you Identify your career challenges and develop an action plan to help you achieve your goals.
Resume Makeover
We will help you create a strong resume and LinkedIn profile so your application stands out.
Mock Interviews
Get hands-on interview experience, gain confidence and receive valuable feedback so you ace your real-life job interviews.
Feedback from Hiring Managers
We will help you arrange job interviews and follow up with the hiring manager to get feedback on what you did well and what you need to work on.
Face-time with Employers
We host Meet & Greet Speed Networking and hiring events to put you face-to-face with employers and connect you to amazing opportunities.
RESOURCE AND INFORMATION CENTRE
Visit our resource & information center and gain access to laptops, printers to support your job search. A Resource & Information Specialist is always available to provide assistance with your job search, resume or career plan needs!
