Sister2Sister Advanced Leadership Program

Join a sisterhood that could change your life! Sister2Sister Advanced Leadership Development Program works to puts immigrant women back into the job market and launch them on a journey towards self-actualization in the Canadian workplace. Within 6 months, participants will also be secured with internships and skills training, be provided with a suite of counselling services including resume writing and job interview rehearsals, receive a widely recognized Project Management certification, and have access to leadership development!

The program will build the capacity of newcomer and immigrant women with a curriculum tailored to their needs and aspirations through education and training in soft and hard skills, leadership development and employment human rights.

From January 15th to March 19th, program sessions will be on Saturdays from 9 am - 12 pm. From April to July 2022, participants must commit to working part time approximately 15 hours a week.
