Elona Canellari is the Advanced Leadership Program Manager at Newcomer Women's Services Toronto; an innovative skills and leadership development program that bridges the gap between employer needs and newcomer women's skills. Through the program, she can foster an environment for growth and development, empowering newcomer women leaders to excel in their professional journeys.

Elona is experienced strategic communications professional with over 5 years of managing communication portfolios and projects for non-profits, think-tank, and corporate organizations. She’s worked with several organizations to surpass their development targets and overcome barriers by expanding into different growth streams.

Elona has a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) where her research primarily focused on matters concerning women's health, treatments, and outcomes. She continues to work in her area of passion by promoting women's rights, advancement, and advocacy.
