Analytical thinking skills to understand the root causes of conflict
Identify conflict resolution methods
Explore how unconscious bias might lead to conflict in the workplace. What is the connection between conflict, identity and diversity?
Understand role of power dynamics in creating both challenges and opportunities in teamwork
Apply team/group work strategies (including team charters, logs, agendas and role assignment) for improved team functioning and productivity.
